During the last year, on many occasions I came to the conclusion that training is of vital importance in order to increase the awareness on the safe use of pilot ladders. This website was primarily meant as a reference for mariners, pilots and ship operators.

This website can now be used as an online training tool

Taking this one step further, a quiz has been added to each section of this website so that every visitor can test his or her knowledge about pilot ladder safety. By doing so, this website can now be used as an online training tool on the subject of the safe use of pilot ladders.

On the bottom of each website section, the quiz links can be found in the blue box. All 10 quiz subjects can be found on the Quiz page.
